GSalam.Net Presents to You TVQ.Academy

Alhamdulillah… All praise and thanks are due to the Almighty Allah. I send peace and blessings upon Habibi Muhammad, his household, his companions and all those who follow his guided path till judgement day.

It’s been four weeks since I last posted an entry here on GSalam.Net. I do apologize to all the good readers of this site, for keeping you in anticipation. You’ve been my source of inspirations, and I pray that you continue to be.

Today, allow me to you what has engaged for the last 8 weeks. It is TVQ.Academy. For the brothers and sisters, with whom I’m in touch on Facebook or Twitter, I believe you are already aware of this project, in a way or the other.

TVQ.Academy

You’ve already taken TVQ for TV Qur’an. Haven’t you? You’re not the first to think of TV in brand name as television 🙂 . But the reality is that TVQ.Academy is the short form of Taysir Virtual Qur’an Academy. Taysir is an Arabic word which means easy or making it easy. It’s determined to serve as a platform for teaching and learning the Qur’an. The cyberspace is our classrooms, and the mobile devices within our reach and the apps built or installed in them are our learning tools. Hence, TVQ.Academy is your ‘Borderless School of the Qur’an.’

TVQ.Academy’s Mission and Vision

TVQ.Academy serves as a platform that is determined to reach every Muslim, using the communication tools within his reach, to keep him engaged with the Qur’an. With the emergence of TVQ.Academy, you can now learn to recite or memorize the Qur’an on the go, and at your own convenience, using your WhatsApp, FaceTime, Skype or Google Hangout. This develops a stronger bonding between the individual Muslim and the Qur’an, eases the memorization of the Qur’an for him, and keeps him close to the Creator.

With that, we vision to produce a generation who is passionate about the Qur’an, similar to the passion the first generation of the Ummah had for the Qur’an.

Launching TVQ.Academy

Alhamdulillah… TVQ.Academy has been operational for the past two weeks. We already have some active students from Singapore, as well as the UK.
