Every du'a is special by default. Especially when it's mentioned in the Qur'an or taught by our Beloved, Rasulullah, ṣallā Allāhu ‘alayhi wa sallam.
But this du'a is so holistic that it's more special. You just can't take it lightly. Of course, unless you choose to.

اللَّهُمَّ اهْدِنِي فِيمَنْ هَدَيْتَ. وَعَافِنِي فِيمَنْ عَافَيْتَ. وَتَوَلَّنِي فِيمَنْ تَوَلَّيْتَ. وَبَارِكْ لِي فِيمَا أَعْطَيْتَ. وَقِنِي شَرَّ مَا قَضَيْتَ. فَإِنَّكَ تَقْضِي وَلا يُقْضَى عَلَيْكَ. إِنَّهُ لا يَذِلُّ مَنْ وَالَيْتَ. تَبَارَكْتَ رَبَّنَا وَتَعَالَيْتَ.
“O Allah! Guide me with those whom You have Guided. Strengthen me with those whom You have given strength. Take me to Your care with whom You have taken to Your care. Bless me in what You have given me. Protect me from the evil You have ordained; surely You command and are not commanded. None whom You have committed to Your care shall be humiliated. You are High in Your Mighty, our Lord, and Exalted.”
